Mission: The mission of the Literacy Center is to provide the best and most current individualized reading and study skills programs to students enrolled at Los Angeles Harbor College. Students will acquire the necessary critical reading and study skills needed to succeed in their educational goals.

Services: The Literacy Center, located in the Library + Learning Resource Center, is designed for all Harbor College students at all levels to strengthen and improve their college reading approaches, vocabulary, and study skills. Services are offered both in person and remotely/online.
